As of 9:38 PM Eastern US Time, the platform is performing normally again. We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Root Cause

A subset of our platform servers unexpectedly became unavailable during routine maintenance. Some customers may have experienced performance degradation while their Quickbase applications migrated off the impacted servers and onto available servers.

We have made adjustments to our process and monitoring to prevent this issue from occurring again. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
