The Quickbase team will be performing emergency maintenance to restart a scheduling service supporting the Quickbase US platform.  The scheduling service controls functionality such as e-mail subscriptions, reminders, and connected table refreshes.  During this maintenance window, those functions may be delayed by up to 5 minutes.  Connected table refreshes using an hourly or daily interval that are scheduled to run at the exact point where the scheduling service is restarted may be missed and would run normally the next hour or next day.

This maintenance window will be: Wednesday, December 11, 2024, between 9:30 PM and 10:00 PM Eastern US Time.  We selected this specific time window because scheduled activity is at its lowest point.
