The Quickbase team will be performing planned maintenance to upgrade the load balancing service supporting the Quickbase US platform.

The Quickbase Load Balancer, or QLB, is responsible for routing all requests made to the platform to the appropriate computers for processing. We have been implementing upgrades to QLB over the past 18+ months for the purpose of improving its reliability, performance, and scalability as use of the Quickbase platform continues to grow aggressively. This upcoming maintenance window is the final step in the implementation process. In some cases, the prior upgrades have been able to occur without any down time but for this upcoming case we do need to restart the Quickbase US platform as part of the upgrade process and hence there will be down time.

Quickbase US will be unavailable during this maintenance window.
