Starting around 10:25 AM Eastern US Time, we started seeing performance issues with Pipelines for both US and EU. Some users may experience an increase in errors and timeout. We are actively investigating this issue and will provide and update as soon as we have one.

Our service provider for Pipelines deployed a configuration change to their messaging service software that incorrectly restricted access critical to providing a successful delivery. Accordingly, Pipelines experienced a delay in execution and timeouts may have been observed.
Our service provider was alerted of this issue and ultimately rolled back the configuration change to fix this issue. Additional monitoring has been implemented as well as deployment enhancements to prevent this issue from recurring.
Our customers using Pipelines during this incident may have experienced slower performance with their Pipelines. All Quickbase to Quickbase Pipelines were ultimately executed through retry logic. Pipelines to third-party channels may have timed out due to this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
