As part of the release testing, the Development team discovered an issue with pipeline execution. A fix was then included, but to mitigate the change, Development advised going through a procedure that results in re-processing the messages by the new version of one of our services to ensure nothing was missing. During that procedure, pipelines processing was slowed due to queueing and new execution was slowed via scaling down the Priority Service. This affected only a small set of pipelines traffic, specifically those going through Quick Triggering flow, which is about 28% of the total number of pipelines running. After reprocessing was complete, all execution returned to normal levels.
