The Quickbase team will be performing maintenance to do regular monthly security patching on both a database service and scheduling service supporting the Quickbase EU platform.

For brief periods during this maintenance, customers may experience slower performance related to the patching of the database service.

The scheduling service controls functionality such as e-mail subscriptions, reminders, and connected table refreshes.  During this planned maintenance, which includes a restart of the scheduling service, those functions may be delayed for 1-2 minutes.  Connected table refreshes using an hourly or daily interval that are scheduled to run at the exact point where the scheduling service is restarted may be missed and will run normally the next hour or next day.

This maintenance window will be: Friday, April 25, 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM Eastern US Time

Please note that this maintenance will not impact the US Instance of the Quickbase platform.  Quickbase US and Quickbase EU are completely separate instances of the platform.
