Starting at about 12:25 AM Eastern US Time, the response time for some requests made to the Quickbase US platform began to slow down. We did not begin to investigate this issue until 10:00 AM Eastern US Time because the degraded performance was small enough and limited to few enough requests that it did not trigger any alerts in our monitoring of the platform. As of 12:00 PM Eastern US Time, we are deploying a possible solution to the problem.

We will provide another update by 1:00 PM Eastern US Time.

As of 12:35 PM Eastern US Time, the response time for requests made to the Quickbase US platform has returned to normal levels.

We will post a root cause once we have it.
