Starting at about 1:55 PM Eastern US Time, Pipelines in the Quickbase US and Quickbase EU platforms are not working properly.  There is a major outage presently reported by our hosting provider for Pipelines.  We are in contact with the hosting provider trying to determine when the problem will be resolved.

We will provide another update by 2:30 PM Eastern US Time.

We are continuing to monitor a world-wide issue impacting the hosting provider used by Pipelines.  At this time, there is no update from the provider regarding when the issue will be resolved.

We are continuing to monitor a major world-wide issue impacting the hosting provider used by Pipelines.  At this time, there is no update from the provider regarding when the issue will be resolved.

As of 3:25 PM Eastern US Time, we are starting to see signs of recovery.  We have not yet received a confirmation from the hosting provider used by Pipelines if they have fully resolved their issues.  We are continuing to monitor the situation.  Once Pipelines fully recovers we will try to provide guidance on the status of Pipelines that were supposed to run during this incident.

As of 4:00 PM Eastern US Time, Pipelines in Quickbase US are still unavailable.  The hosting provider is still working to recover their services in all their regions.  Pipelines in Quickbase EU are mostly working normally now and we are assessing the status of Pipelines in Quickbase EU that were expected to run since the start of this incident.  We will provide more guidance as we work on our assessment.

As of 4:30 PM Eastern US Time, Pipelines in Quickbase US are still mostly unavailable.  There are small indications of recovery as the hosting provider continues to recover their services in all their regions.

Pipelines in Quickbase EU are working normally.

We are continuing to assess how to process Pipelines actions such as record creation, record updates, etc. that we have saved in a queue.  There are many implications to consider before we process these actions.

We will provide another update by 5:00 PM Eastern US Time.

As of 5:05 PM Eastern US Time, Pipelines in Quickbase US is slowly recovering.  The hosting provider has implemented a fix and they are observing their services recovering in the US region in which Pipelines runs, as well as other regions.  The hosting provider expects full recovery of their services by 6:00 PM Eastern US Time.

Pipelines in Quickbase EU are working properly and the Pipelines actions queued during the incident have been replayed.

We will continue to monitor recovery of Pipelines in Quickbase US.  Once it is operating normally, we will replay the queued actions that accumulated during the incident.

We will provide another update by 6:15 PM Eastern US Time.

As of 5:30 PM Eastern US Time, Pipelines in Quickbase US are working properly.  We are in the process of replaying Pipelines actions queued during the incident and expect to complete that within one hour.

Pipelines in Quickbase EU are continuing to work properly.
