We are experiencing an issue with logging in and accessing Quickbase University (university.quickbase.com) - our online training curriculum platform. We are engaged with the hosting provider to fix this as soon as possible. There is no impact to the Quickbase platform that hosts Quickbase applications.

Our vendor experienced a service disruption that prevented customers from logging in to the QB University platform for approximately seven hours. The issue was related to an unintended infrastructure change in the vendor’s production environment that impacted the authentication service.
The disruption was limited to login access. All other platform functionality remained operational, and no customer data security or privacy concerns were identified.
The vendor restored the affected service from validated backups and has implemented additional safeguards around environment controls and change management processes to reduce the risk of recurrence.
