We are experiencing an issue with accessing the content in Quickbase University (university.quickbase.com) - our online training curriculum platform. We are working with our hosting provider to fix the issue as soon as possible. There is no impact to the Quickbase platform that hosts Quickbase applications.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as we have one.

Root Cause

Our vendor experienced a service disruption that prevented customers from accessing content in the QB University platform for approximately 30 minutes. The disruption was caused by an infrastructure change in the vendor’s production environment that affected platform availability.

The vendor restored service by reverting the change and has implemented additional safeguards around production change management to help prevent a similar issue from happening again.
