We are experiencing an issue with logging in and accessing Quickbase University (university.quickbase.com) - our online training curriculum platform. Our hosting provider has acknowledged the issue on their end and are working to fix this as soon as possible. There is no impact to the Quickbase platform that hosts Quickbase applications.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as we have one.

Our hosting provider has deployed a fix for this issue and Quickbase University is working properly again.

Root Cause

This issue was caused by an unexpected spike in traffic that impacted a vendor supporting the QB University platform. The spike triggered a failure in the vendor’s internal health checks, which temporarily affected login and access to parts of the platform.

The vendor identified the issue and restored service shortly after. They have since implemented a fix to prevent this specific failure scenario from recurring.

We are working with the vendor to ensure additional monitoring, scaling safeguards, and change management controls are in place to reduce the risk of similar disruptions in the future.
