We have uncovered an issue that may affect the permissions to AI capabilities for a small subset of our customers.

The issue allows users to access AI capabilities that are only allowed for other users in the same realm. Users' access to data is NOT impacted, as well as permissions to other features in the platform.

The Quickbase team have already found the root cause and will be deploying a patch to fix the issue later today.

We continue to work on preparing a patch to fix the issue. This patch is planned to be released tonight at 11 PM Eastern US Time for the Quickbase US Region, and tomorrow at 2 PM Eastern US Time for the Quickbase EU Region.

We have deployed a patch that fixes the issue for customers in the US region. The fix will be deployed for customers in the EU region at 2 PM Eastern US Time tomorrow.
