Quickbase uses a partner named Billing Platform to provide some billing related information and functionality for the Quickbase platform. We will be executing planned maintenance to update the platform. During this maintenance, customers using either the US or EU instance of the Quickbase platform may be unable to use the "Manage Billing" button on the Admin Console page to successfully log into the billing platform.
This maintenance window will be: Wednesday, October 21, 2026, between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM Eastern US Time.
