Between 6:41 PM Eastern US Time on Tuesday, October 27 and 11:46 AM Eastern US Time on Wednesday, October 28, customers using the Gantt plugin in either the US or EU instances of the Quickbase platform may have received the following error when the Gantt chart loaded in their application:
"Failed to fetch user info - Insufficient permissions."
